Charlie Freer is a Director of Padworth College and also a Director of Inspiring Futures Education (Inspiring Futures Limited), the parent company of Padworth College and Bishopstrow College, an independent international boarding school offering English language and academic pathway programmes to prepare international students, aged 7-17 years, for entry into British boarding schools.
Charlie has more than 15 years’ experience working in the international education sector in the UK and overseas, in a range of roles. At Padworth, he oversees Finance, HR, IT, Property and aspects of compliance.
Prior to joining Padworth College in 2018 and Bishopstrow College in 2014, Charlie was Managing Director at ACS International Schools from 2009 to 2013. He was previously Finance Director at WCL Group, an international schools, consultancy and curriculum group, from 2003 to 2008.
