Exam Board: Edexcel

Qualification

This is a two year course, in the first year (2010-2011) the students will study B3: Russia in Revolution 1914-1924 and A6: Russia: Dictatorship and Conflict, 1924-53.

In the second year of study (2011-2012) the two topics will be A3: Development of a Dictatorship: Germany, 1918-45 and C5: Conflict, crisis and change: The Middle East, c1919-c1973.

Assessment

Assessment will be by examination.

Entry Requirements

A good command of the English Language is necessary but no previous study of English literature is required to undertake this course.
