Padworth is located just outside the university town of Reading and 45 minutes by road from Heathrow, making it easy for students to visit London and other places of historic and cultural interest

Padworth College occupies historic Padworth House, a Grade 2* listed Manor House dating from the 18th Century, set in 12 acres surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire countryside, providing a safe and secure environment for undisturbed study and leisure.

Adjacent to Padworth House are the purpose-built Boarding Houses, Science and teaching block and the converted stables which house classrooms, Nurse’s Surgery and the Stables Library which is used for the weekly College Assembly and public events.

Boarding facilities
Students are accommodated in comfortable single or shared bedrooms – student preferences will be taken into account as to whether they wish to share wherever possible and second year A level have first priority for single rooms. Each boarding house has a cosy sitting room where students may relax and socialise in their free time and kitchen facilities which enable them to make their own drinks and snacks in the evenings and at weekends.
